We ship most orders via UPS, but reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier for each order. Orders are shipped within 3 business days from the date they are placed. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Standard shipping generally takes about 1 week from the date we ship.

For faster delivery, we also offer Preferred shipping (3 Business Days), Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days), and Overnight (1 Business Day). All shipping times are from the date we ship, not the date the order is placed.


Shopping on funwithdysfunction.com is fully secure; we are Level 1 PCI compliant and use 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure credit card data is secure. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, or you can pay using your PayPal account. We do not retain or store your credit card information.


We currently charge CA state sales tax on orders shipping to the state of CA only.


Returns are accepted up to 15 days after the original ship date for unopened or defective products only. In order to initiate a return, simply email dad@funwithdysfunction.com for instructions. We will refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. Make sure the returned merchandise is carefully wrapped. We recommend that you get a tracking number for all returns; we are not responsible if your return is lost in transit. When we have received your returned product, the amount you originally paid (not including shipping) will be refunded via the original method of payment.
